Irvin is a seasoned investment and banking professional with over 15 years of experience across fund management, institutional distribution and fintech innovation. He began his career in structured finance at AmInvestment Bank before moving to Principal Asset Management and subsequently UOB Asset Management, where he served as Director and Head of Institutional Business. He led institutional sales strategy, strategic partnerships and the digital rollout of investment platforms, while spearheading fintech-driven initiatives across credit, treasury and robo-advisory solutions. His expertise lies at the intersection of capital markets, digital investments and technology-enabled financial infrastructure.
