What is Fortefi?

Fortefi Capital Sdn Bhd (“Fortefi”) is Malaysia’s digital-first investment platform that helps businesses activate idle cash into a new source of untapped revenue.

Instead of leaving surplus cash sitting idle in low-yield accounts, businesses can now deploy funds into institutionalised and regulated investment solutions securely.

Think of us as the layer between your bank account and smarter investment returns - without locking up your liquidity.

FAQ > About Fortefi

Who does Fortefi serve?

Fortefi serves businesses of all sizes. By aggregating client funds, we provide access to institutional-quality investments that are typically unavailable to individual SMEs

FAQ > About Fortefi

FAQ > About Fortefi

Who is Fortefi for?

Fortefi is designed for SMEs, holding companies, franchisors, and corporate groups that manage operational cashflow across their businesses.

We believe cashflow is not simply “excess cash” - it is the lifeline of a business. Different pools of capital serve different purposes, whether for payroll, expansion, reserves, acquisitions, vendor payments, or strategic deployment.

We manage liquidity more intelligently by aligning investment strategies with their operational cashflow needs, liquidity timelines, and risk preferences.

How is Fortefi's offering different from a fixed deposit?

Unlike a fixed deposit, Fortefi portfolios are designed to provide flexibility by allowing you to access your funds without serving a fixed tenure. At the same time, Fortefi aims to deliver competitive, market-based returns through professionally managed investment portfolios while allowing your cash to remain productive.

This liquidity-first approach allows your cash to remain productive while ensuring it is available when your business needs it most.

How does Fortefi select which funds to invest in?

3. Allocate – Construct and continuously rebalance portfolios based on each portfolio’s investment objective, liquidity requirements and market conditions.

Our portfolios invest through carefully selected licensed fund managers, including partners such as RHB Asset Management, UOB Asset Management, with additional managers introduced as suitable opportunities arise.
